Thanks to the recent Supreme Court decision striking down the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), North County Immigration was privileged to obtain an approval for our first-same sex couple in San Diego. This couple was one of the most wonderful, loving, kind couples we have ever met in our practice and we couldn’t be more honored to be chosen to help guide them through the treacherous immigration waters. Hugs and homemade biscotti was just the icing on top of our victory. Congratulations!
