North County Immigration is proud to recently get an I-601 waiver approved for a woman who had to endure a difficult and traumatic domestic abuse situation. NCI is proud to assist both men and women who have been victims and trapped in marriages filled with emotional, financial, and physical abuse. Our new President, Joe Biden, was one of the originators of The Violence against Women Act (VAWA), and it can give some hope and protection for undocumented residents who find themselves being victimized by their spouse.
