Removal Order Rescinded…..

NCI was able to help rescind a removal order for our client who had the unfortunate luck of previously receiving poor counsel.  We were able to file a Motion to Reopen for Ineffective Assistance of Counsel asking the Board to rescind a previously issued removal order.  Our client was prejudiced by receiving ineffective counsel and as a result his benefits were ripped away from him.  NCI was pleased to be able to get our client the proper due process that he was entitled.
