As of 1/4/13, USCIS receipted 22,769 beneficiaries toward the 33,000 H-2B cap amount for the first half of FY2013. This count includes 18,996 approved and 3,773 pending beneficiaries. H-2B cap count information for the second half of FY2013 is also available.
